Why we built it

Every placement season, students with real skills get filtered out by a line on a resume, while copied projects get through the first round. Placement officers find out who is ready when it is too late to help. Recruiters spend their first interview working out what a candidate actually built.

So we start with the project itself. A student takes one project through four stages (idea, design, build and publish), and each stage is reviewed before the next one opens. In team projects, every member answers a short spoken viva on the part they built. Alongside that, students practise coding, aptitude, spoken communication and the timed games companies use in their hiring rounds.

How we work

• Students never pay. Colleges and companies do.
• We review the work, not your face. There is no webcam proctoring.
